12 dias sem treinar...

Transformaram-me numa coxa, cheia de dores e sem energia...
Hoje corri, 52.11m com tanto sacrifício que parecia que ia cair a qualquer momento, nem sei muito bem como consegui voltar para casa.
Não sei se foi porque o jantar foi só uma sopa, ou se foi por estar tanto tempo sem treinar...
depois de amanhã logo vejo os resultados

Dor de burro

Não sei como nem porquê mas de vez em quando lá vem ela para me chatear.

Hoje treinei de casa até ao Estádio universitário, dei uma volta completa e voltei até casa, fiz 01.05.55h.

No regresso lá vem a dor mesmo por baixo das costelas, insuportável, mas consegui acabar o treino com calma.

levantei-me cheia de energia e fui correr, corri até ao estádio universitário e volta durante 01.05h
Nos dias em que vou correr de manhã o dia até parece que fica mais bonito.

Já não corria há uma semana, sem vontade e com muito trabalho...
Mas isso não é desculpa
Corri 01.05.09h muito bom... fiz alguns abdominais e flexões, não posso abusar por causa da cervical.

segunda-feira dia 25-10-2010 corri 1,18h mas fiz mais uma voltinha, uns 600m acho que estou a andar muito rapido.

Sexta feira dia 22-10-2010 fiz um treino longo e rapido, corri o mesmo percurso que fiz no dia 13, e só fiz 1,12h... tenho que correr mais devagar... ###############################################

Segunda feira dia 18, corri 15m fiz 8 retas de 100m e voltei a correr mais 15m// entre as retas fiz ginastica variada...50m no total
